That discipline is what we practice. Proteam Advisory was founded by senior consultants who had spent careers at the Big Four and the world's best-known SAM consultancies — and who saw, repeatedly, that enterprises were being underserved. Generalists were running specialist work. Junior staff were being shipped onto complex audits. Vendor influence was creeping into "independent" advisory.


We built Proteam to fix that. Many of the people on our team joined us early in their careers — and grew into their expertise here. They didn't arrive as fully-formed specialists. They developed depth through real engagements: sitting across the table from Big Four auditors, navigating Oracle's sub-capacity rules with a CTO, rebuilding a client's IBM estate from first principles. That kind of knowledge isn't imported. It's earned.
